hey, thought id post couple pics up, names rob, been training for a while now
only just last week or so i got my diet sorted and im aiming to now strip the fat and get lean,
size wise i dont want to majorly bigger, id like a bit more on my chest

cheersive had loads of stages where i eat and train hard but then ruin it by having a week eating bad and it ruins the training,
but im getting into it properly now with weight loss actualy happening,
