I can't tell you how excited I am to start it! Will be another month before I start hitting the right calories and macro's for it because I'm off on holiday for 2 weeks and then going to a festival between now and then, so limited gym time but will fit in some glycogen-depleting workouts when possible for the likely carbs I'll be eating.
It's quite frustrating when lifts plateau when on a fat loss protocol and I just want to see some strength gains! Been training with my brother for the past 6 weeks (2 yrs younger) and seeing him make weekly gains (he's on a bulk) is niggling at me, especially when he loves to rub it in! haha.
