    hey guys

    forgive me for the bad quality pics they are low res and heavily cropped. i cant find the full (unedited) pics so ill save you from my smiles dont be too harsh...







    im training 3 times a week, chest - back - shoulders.
    i need to up the cardio but im still trying to achieve pbs on the bench and seated db presses so i have a conflict !

    im 5' 8", 90kgs

    152.5kg x 2 reps flat barbell bench. i was aiming for 160 but got a bloody shoulder injury last year
    seated db shoulder press 3 sets x 8 reps x (2 x 42.5)kg. aiming for 1 set @45kg dumbells but that extra 2.5kgs is like a huge boulder extra!
    deadlift im not good at as i suffer sciatica, but 3 sets of 160kgs x 8 gets me wasted
    ive reasonably big legs considering i rarely exercise them
