    Hi,
I've been training on and off with no serious goals for about 3 years.
i've recently decided to up my game and train seriously.

4 years ago i had a 44 inch waist, was extremely unfit and overweight. stupidly i lost most of my bodyfat through cutting/starvation and was left with a scrawny saggy looking frame with very little muscle mass or strength. since then i have learnt a lot.
crappy photo but i didnt keep many topless photos from back then for obvious reasons,
this is a couple of years ago after loosing a great deal of weight.

the last 6-8 months i have knuckled down with my training, sorted my diet, and i feel im making steady progress. i've had to build a LOT of muscle mass back up that i lost through starvation and mild anorexia. but i finally feel strong and confident with my body.
    this is me currently.

my goals are to gain a large amount of lean mass.
any areas you guys think need work? and any tips?

my current training focuses on big pushing moves such as squats/benchpress on mondays,
big pulling moves such as pullups, dealifts and barbell rows on tuesdays,
and a hardcore abs session on wednesdays.
i also cycle 5 miles to work every morning and 5 miles home with a very fast average time.

    any training tips?

    Thanks man!
    Yeah sorry I'm 21, 6"2', weighing in at 82kg.
Not sure on bodyfat, would hazard a guess at 13-15%.
I'm still undecided as to whether to do a few hardcore months of bulking then cut or continue to regulate my diet and training and take it slow.

You don't need to cut! If you want to add more muscle you should carry on bulking up, you could gradually gain a couple of stone over a year or two and still be in decent shape. Well done on the fat loss
