I'm currently 14st 9lbs. So 5lbs off my 15st target but I'd been saying in my training diary that I would post pics in a few months. These are a bit more interesting than standard mandatory poses so here they are of me from yesterday.

These sort of threads aren't much point unless there is some sort of comparison so here are a couple of before pics.

    When I was 16 and 11st 12lbs.

A few weeks before I was 23. I'm about 12st 7lbs though may be a couple of pounds lighter.

    Edit-

I made very little progress in my first 6 years.

There is a big difference now from when you were young lol. You got any "now" pics with you just standing still and posing? It is easier to see the progress that way.

Really good though, definitely been going in the right direction.

By the way, don't know if you know, but PureGym copied our concept in it's entirety!

Bodybuilding is powerlifting... in both instances you are building up your body :|

    Wrong.

Bodybuilding is an entirely different sport to Powerlifting.

You are still building your body to get stronger though, therefore bodybuilding.

I don't see how you can attach a gay stigma to bodybuilding anyway lol. I would understand if you did it while wearing your wifes knickers.

In fact, I have made my best gains while wearing stilettos and carrying lipstick and a compact in my gym bag...

So by that logic, Marathon running is 60metre sprinting?...Both running?

The thought of shaving my body, greasing myself up with fake tan, walking onto a stage in my briefs and asking other men to judge my muscles just sounds far too, err, beta male to me.
