Thanks MH, I have neglected shoulders in the past. Currently hitting them hard with main mass builders of Push Press / Military Press and additionally DB presses, lat raises, etc. I think the push press is building strength nicely which in turn is letting me go heavier with the DB presses.
Thanks, visually I would put myself around 10% but I guess its always easy to 'under' estimate how much fat is still actually there. Hair off chest is an issue, its already been trimmed, I thnk if it fully came off I'd be looking at a divorce case
