Hi every body, This is my first post.

Im 28 years of age, about 5'8/9 in hight and around 67KG.

Just a little story so you guys can catch my drift.

I was attending the previously before i injured myself at work in january 2010. I now have a L5-S1 lower lumbar disc bulge. This injury coupled with physio therapy saw that i didnt return back to the gym untill april of this year 2011.
Iv been at the gym at least 3/4 days a week as and when i can as i work shifts. I have seen some minimal gains as iv been taking it easy. My injury means i can "NOT" do squats or dead lifts so iv been using machines for my legs.

Ok now in my pictures you'll see i brought some impact whey protein and some crea pure.
My goal is to gain a little weight and mass and loads more tone. I would like to be 75kg or more of muscle. Any way enough writing here are my pictures that i took today. I will post some progress pictures maybe every 4 to 6 weeks. any advice is most appreciated!

Welcome man, best of luck starting out again after the injuries. I am the same, my lower back has given me hell this past year (although not as bad as yours!), progression is still possible, so do not let that get your down-hearted!

Kudos for the starting photos, determination and consistency will see rapid changes! Best of luck!

Hey chap. agree...start a journal, it will help a huge amount. Good luck with overcoming the injuries, I can add my experience to the mix with low back pain. I've had all sorts of crazy stuff happen, and started training in January with SL 5x5 (not going to work for you I don't think!). You will find ways around it and plenty of support on here. Have a look through the journals some of the guys have up, there is SO much to learn. Good luck.
