    Here is a pic of back comparison from the end of the MP body comp until yesterday. Baring in mind both are unpumped and glycogen depleted. Add a bit of mass to back whilst on maintenence, both pics are to scale the 2nd pic I have my head tilted downwards.

    For the record rowed 100kg for 1 strict form this week just wanted to see what it felt like could have repped it easily.

    looking good man, keep up the good work just seeing the progress from the comp until now makes me feel that i need to put more work in. good job.

    Just a quick update on what's happening with me:

    Recently became a published research author at BSc level: http://www.uclan.ac.uk/schools/ssto/...ool/hhurst.php

    Under going a research proposal for PhD to commence next year. Training like a mad man, even though I am working 14 hr shifts with my business,which is also going through the roof at the moment. Hope to get to Bodypower next year if anyone from here is going.
