Been away for a while focusing on uni and my business etc, just keeping you guys posted, got offered a PhD studentship of which I dont think I will pursue yet as I just want a break from academic study and doing well with my business. In the midst of all this I have been eating maintenence nutrition but training as heavy as ever and as a result ive got leaner and gained a bit of lean mass also. Most notable areas of lean increases are arms, chest and back. Ive actually started to train my abs which is good as until recently my lower abs are beginning to pop and the rest are becoming thicker. All in all I need to be bodpod tested again but latest measurements indicate that the last 3 months, arms have grown by 0.2", chest 0.4" (most of which is upper), back 0.6" and legs as usual I do have but dont bother posting because of the mad hair on them. Current training is x3 week, meal frequency x3 a day sometimes twice if im too occupied. Anyhow let me know what you guys think, p.s the pics are for body purposes only not facial expression

Nothing wrong with training 3 times a week, pretty optimal if you ask me (and are lifting heavy)
I've just started a lean mass phase now after my stupidly long cut.

I'd love to train that often, but as you say, time is so sparse!
Hope the business is going well, I look forward to seeing the website![]()
