Looking solid there Elvis, I just can't help but think that the head looks like it's been photoshop'd in lol.
Couple of old pics here
Currently bulking fairly slowly
I unintentionally lost a chunk of weight (at least 2kg) whilst I was away since it was hard to eat well in the day whilst out diving and was definitely burning them. I think it will be a few weeks I start posting bigger numbers in lifts, but should be stronger for the same weight when I do.

Looking good, especially when looking from the old pics!!
@ Asauka, I know what you mean about Elvis's head but its just a trick of the light. The secret is to look directly at the face. If its Kylie Minogue's then its a fair bet to say its been pasted in. Elvis might be pretty but he's definitely not Kylie!!
Seriously Elvis - was that taken recently in Mexico? The sea looks amazing!!

Damn, I got to find some exercises for my head or something... I'm off for a bit off this... :-p
The pic was taken in Mexico, Playa del Carmen, the sea looks really turquoise because the sand is so white (being predominantly limestone).
This is also the main reason the cave diving is so good. Florida has similar geology but the caves are not decorated (stalactites and stalagmites) because they weren't dry during the ice age.
A friend of mine went scuba diving somewhere and brought back a ton of photos. Out of all them there were two or three really poignant ones. They were taken in quiet undersea caves where turtles went to diein peace and quiet aparantly. On the cave floor were the perfectly laid out skeletons of these animals. I know its just Mother nature and all that but all the same it was quite sad.

Some of the Cenotes have animal and even human bones. The Mayans had a bit of a sacrifice habit, fortunately the dived cenotes aren't close to major Mayan cities.
On the last day of diving we went to a cenote called Taj Mahal. There was a cavern tour and a few other people knocking around. The dive was about 50 mins in and about 40 mins out, so after about 90 minutes in the water we surfaced. Three cops were looking towards the cenote, not seeming particularly bothered. I said "Ola" and one of them replied "Ola", I was second out of the water having removed my fins, walked up the steps out of the water.
At this point I realised there were a bunch more people, some more police and a towel with a pair of arms and feet sticking out from under it. It seemed like everyone was waiting so I thought it was an exercise about to begin. Then I realised this wasn't an exercise and people were standing around because there was nothing that could be done.
A couple of locals came down to snorkel in the cenote, no one saw the guy drown but it was assumed he got himself trapped away from the air surface and panicked. His friend was in complete shock.
The cavern divers found the guy, had spent 40 mins on CPR, to no avail. The ambulance and police had arrived and they just had to wait for a justice to arrive to rule that it wasn't a criminal matter. :-(
Excellent progress there Elvis big improvement, chest especially. Well done.

Thanks, I put on about 4-5kg since the old pic and didn't add too much fat. Both my legs and upper body have both improved. In fact all my lifts have progressed nicely. Now I'm around 86kg and think I'll look to add another 4kg of lbm.
