    Just started on a strength routine and looking to put on some muscle, wondered if you guys could point me in the right direction.

    Getting worried i'm starting to develop some muscle imbalance in my back (it's hard to get a straight answer of my lady, lol). I'm thinking if I've read right it should eventually even out?

    Good base to start from, I wouldn't worry about any minor imbalances right now, nobodys perfectly symmetrical. Get on a decent beginners routine like stronglifts and make sure you eat enough and you will pack on some decent mass

    Everyone is odd shaped to a degree, just due to the nature of left or right handedness.

    I wouldnt worry too much about it, just dont do more work with the stronger side than the weaker side and it will catch up.

    Besides that dude just crack on

    Lift, Sprint, Eat. Rinse & Repeat.

    Cheers guys,

    I've been doin a Charles Poloquin 6-12-25 routine for the past month n a half which has seen me put on 4lbs muscle with minimal bf. 4 weeks left of that, then time to try something new
