    just thought id post this up. i have been hiting the gym now since febuary i started my diet on jan 11th this year. started at 26.5 stone im now 20.5 stone. i was 28 stone at my heavyist. so now im trying to burn the rest of my fat and get some muscle on any way here is the progress pics. ive still got all my programs that i have one over the months if anyone needs any ideas or anything. cheers guys. tank

    ive stil got the dog in fact ive got 2 now he is still as big and daft as ever. my old man passed away this afternoon so thats even more motivation for me to keep going and get fitter. he smoked 40-60 a day and it got him in the end.

    First of all, my condolences on the loss of your father. Secondly, your transformation - from the first photo to the last - is a fantastic achievement. You look like a much happier, healthier person in the last photo (almost unrecognisable, in fact!) - congratulations and keep it up!

    thanks guys. i went and got on the scales today and ive lost another 9lb so thats 6 stone 9lb ive shifted so far so just 1 stone 5 lb and ive lost my target of 8 stone. but who knows where il end up. with lost of muscles i hope. :-)
