Absolutely amazing work - keep this up!

It has also made you look a lot younger, and at the risk of sounding camp - more attractive. Seriously inspiring stuff for many.

Be good to follow your progress, you doing the glutamine trick?

HGH and recovering from muscle injuries (using L-Glutamine)

    Edit: for the increased HGH.

Yeah, that makes sense. A leangains approach is something you might want to look into... replace any stubborn fat for muscle basically, without gaining too much mass.

If you are not too familiar with bodybuilding (or you just aint interested in it, other for reasons of weight loss and muscle building) then you just want to stick to some main compound lifts, they benefit anyone, not just people like me, who are insanely obsessed with training.

Squats, deadlifts, military presses, bench press etc.

That is music to my ears lol. Stronglifts is great, so glad you have chosen the right program to start with. When you get bored of that, i'll give you a few options - I am loving the fact that I can't afford gym membership right now... am training in the woods lifting trees and it's heaven - being outside in nature standing up felled trees is my drug right now. Am getting a huge chunk of cardio just by trying to move them beasts too.

My views on diet are strange to post and I simplify things too much to be accepted by ordinary folk - so it's probably best to take advice from others. I don't care about taste and suffer the mundane for a perfect diet lol.
