    These are not great but i hope to improve, currently 90kg, id like to get to around 95-97 kg which is where i used to be but it like to do it with losing some of the fat and mainly getting my arms bigger as they never seem to grow.

    any advise on how to lose fat but not lose size or strength?

    cardio for pepole that dont like cardio.

    come join me on my thread here, im in a simular spot to you, seems to be some good advise so far.


    you might like cardio though but i gave it that name because i lose to much weight to fast
