hi guys i could use yer help here with some questions?
if be doing stronglifts for about 15 weeks now and all my lifts have gone up so far its squats 113.5kg x5, bench 93kgx5, deads 130kg x5 e.t.c. in 5 ft 11 and 210lbs
would any of ye no what kind of body type i have? allso would u think that i should keep on bulking or do a cut? and what type of routine would ye recommend for my bodytype after stronglits im going do this till i squat at least 120kgx5 but switch it up after that, my overall goal is to have a body builder shape, but i find it very hard to build up my arms
any help would be welcome
