    I've just found this after reading your SD log.

    You have some good gains for someone who hasn't trained for long.

    I have no idea why you'd go the roid route with what you've already accomplished. In fact, unless you've trained for a number of years, I think take roids is cheating yourself.

    Look at your natural before and afters, they're something to be proud of and go back to be a natural and use roids when you much bigger and your muscle is more mature.

    was natural for like 13months until 2weeks ago. i know ive been unpatient and apprehensive but ive started now so i may asweel se it through. as many of you have said it will be, if anything ,a good learning curve. not bein funny here but is there any point in saying the same thing 10,000,000,000 times. i know but as 43 said im 14 days in to a cycle why stop now. its a bit late you know... ill carry on on the log thread anyway save me switching from thread to thread

    nice progress on the arms, but dont forget you have a back dude, and its a much bigger part than ure arms so its needs a good hammering. fill it and u'll look far bigger.

    what do you think of my routine ?

    Day 1 (monday) PUSH

    Bench Press - 5x10
    shoulder press - 5x10
    CG Bench Press - 5x10
    military press - 5x10



    Day 2 (tuesday) REST

    Ab crunches 3x20



    Day 3 (wednesday) LEGS

    dumbell squats - 5x10
    Stiff Legged Deadlift - 5x10
    Calf Raises - 5x10
    hanging leg raises- 5x10



    Day 4 (thursday) REST

    Ab crunches 3x20



    Day 5 (friday) PULL

    Deadlifts - 5x10
    Chins - 5 to failiure (probably wont be much though)
    dumbell rows - 5x10
    Barbell curl - 5x10




    Day 5 & 6 (saturday & sunday) REST
