ye last 10mnths i been just eatin everythin and not worrying about fat its ony lately that ive startd going to the gym 5 days a week. i used to go 2-3 times and some times have a week off here and there. i also used to eat around 120g protein a day. last month i changed to 220g a day and around 2500cals. i seem to put weight on really easily. since i changed my diet my arms went from 15 inches up to 16. i also only just started training legs. i also recently pushed 145kg for 2 reps on a bench which is a major improvment. thanks for the comments it nice to know im actually gettin somewhere..........![]()
