this is me just starting
i used to do alot of climbing but gave up due to injuries, just starting bulking (14days) but due to 5am shifts ive not done to well but i only have 1 week of these then i can get into a proper routine but i had gains of 2lbs of muscle so far![]()
im currently 5'4 and about 110lbs @14% body fat

i have been bulking although gains are a little slow, got a 2 wek holiday next week which will slow things down
i have some new pics which are alread quite different to the ones above
