Ripped and defo less than 14%. Should be able to bulk up without getting fat.
Skinny and in need of mass. If i was you Id want to put on atleast a couple of stone.
But thats just my opinion. Not a bad place to be starting from at all if you've just started training.![]()
look good m8.. i gona have a peak@ ur journals

Cool! thanks guys! Again I am slowly building up so remember I am coming from an illness which left me below 10stone and 4%BF and I have got to where I am now in about 8 months.
As you probably all know I am constantly conflicted with gaining weight and muscle which is why the diet in the journals is considerably low fat but high protein/carbs. If anyone has any comments on the journal stuff please go ahea and post. Updates on it will follow soon as I have made some changes to my workouts and supp in take.

Gotta agree with 'em Gats.
1. Definitely less than 14% bodyfat. Big Definitely.
2. You look in pretty good condition.
3. Depending on what you want to look like I think you are in a pretty strong position to achieve it. There are PLENTY of people [quite a few on this forum as it happens] who would love to be where you are now. No question about that at all!!
4. Remember, "abs on show - muscles won't grow". So fins right [yet again!!] you definitely need to bulk up a bit in order to get bigger muscles though. Don't have an attack of the vapours, just eat a bit more and see how it goes. When you see results you will find your "fat fears" evaporating.
5. Mr O?? Try Mr Olympia.
6. Nice camera!!
Well basically my goal when I started was to get some well defined lean muscle but not too much mass just be bigger from where I started. I was thinking Tyler Durden from fight club. That was the image I was working to.
