    Thanks to 43 for doing this i just wanted to share a bit ith you guys. This photo was taken on my camera phone my my lovely lady in her spare room. Im in full on off season gaining mode at the moment aiming for 265g of protein on non training days and 30g on training days. Im 5ft4 and 85kg at the moment. As you can see my left lat goes out more than my right just a genetic flaw
