What's your current height and weight mate?
Deltoids and back looks pretty good.
Your bodyfat looks a about 17% you could cut up a bit before bulk?

I'm afraid I don't know my height (about average...) weight's about 12.5 stone. The reason my body composition's leaning toward the soggy end of the scale is last term I tore the ligaments in my left ankle and after I recovered from that injury the university closed down the free weights room at the gym to get some building work done. All in all, I've not been able to do any serious training for almost 4 months, believe it or not.
I've been doing some cardio recently but there was no real intention to lose any remarkable amount of fat because I didn't realise my BF% was so high- I was just doing cardio running up to when I could get back into the weights room.
Anyway, now that I've been unable to to any squatting etc. for so long I'm sure you can imagine I've been going crazy sitting on my hands wanting to pump a bit of iron, so I doubt I'd be able to commit to a cut at the moment... Possibly the wrong thing to do, but I've spent the last few months looking forward to being able to sling some weights around and that's certainly what I want to do now. With any luck, that'll give me a bit more muscle to play with when I finally get around to reducing my bodyfat.
