jesus, uv lost a ton of weight since your last pics if i can last remember rightly.
ur right that is a very long cut, you should consider trying to put on a tonne of muscle now imo![]()
Been cutting for AGES now (april 10th), not really been trying hard/training as much as i should mainly because it was taking so long i got a bit pissed off, so i'm gonna have to continue cutting until next year sometime.
Current weight is 180lb, lost a fair bit of muscle really, i guess i'll lose a lot more and have to "start over" as far as bulking goes, i used to have 16.5" guns, down to about 14.5 now![]()
How much further do you guys think i should go?

I'm with Fin here, I'd say get ripped up then bulk very slowly. However, if you feel fairly lean you might want to bulk from there.
I remember you saying 'I look terrible' when you first started your cut. That's the reason I'd say cut more, 'cos you'll feel fantastic if you can drop a bit more fat![]()
How did you manage to drop 2" on your 'guns'? Mine are 15.5" now and I haven't trained in 10 years [and my arms are quite lean before anyone says it's fat!]. I don't think mine ever got bigger than 16.5" when I was training but they only started out at about 12 or 13"! I know you're more into the paleo diet proper than I probably am, but what do you reckon your macro percentages are on your current diet?

Strange about the guns, as most peoples arms are fairly taught to begin with. It seems that the diet has been too severe.
That being said, I reckon you'll put the mass back on you're arms easily once you get back into full training.
Best of luck fella!
I'd say cut a bit more Term. You probably havent lost that much muscle tbh. Often you can think fat is muscle which is what I often do. When I bulked up for the first time after last competition my arms BLEW up but looked just as lean........but when I cut I lose size even though they are lean.......
There is also the possiblity your body just takes size from that area, i.e. lean muscle whilst maintaining muscle in other areas, generally areas where you are gifted you can retain muscle no matter what.
Anyway, cut more i'd say, while you are on a roll, keep at it![]()

Yeah, well i think the main thing is my body seems to have an extreme survival mode, if i try to drop calories even a little bit it just slows my metabolism to save fat, i've always found it notably hard to lose weight, i don't actually gain weight easily i just tend to stay in a rut that my body settles on.
Thankfully my genetics made up for that annoying fact by allowing me to bulk very easily, i originally got my arms from 14.5 to 16.5 in about a month, so i imagine i'll be able to do it again...and more.
