I didnt even look at your pics and I would suggest bulking.

Its easyer to loose fat when you have a bit of extra muscle anyway. So if you loose fat, then bulk you'll end up back where you started.

Get some roaccutane. It'll be gone in a couple of months forever. I had no side effects apart from a bit of a bad mood, and you can't drink which will help training

No no no no no... noo! Lol, Do not get roaccutane, Ollie i suggest u was lucky to have no side effects... because they are VERY common with this drug and there are no shortage of different effects either... Hair thinning/loss being one i would particularly want to distance myself from!

Ask your doctor about roaccutane to be honest. I've had acne on my back/face since I was 12, just finishing my six months worth of pills at my age now of 21 and my spots are nearly completely gone. It WILL bring out all your spots and leave scaring but the scaring will disappear over time and won't be visible (if you leave the pills to do their job). My dad had adult acne but it looks like mine won't be coming back (hopefully anyway).

It might cause depression, bloated stomach/upset insides and will crack your lips as it dries all your skin but it's worth it.

Yeah the dried lips was the only nasty thing for me... plenty of blistex was needed! My course was only 3 months as it wasn't too bad but it was the only thing that cleared it up for me.

Same here mate, my dad had it bad and passed it on to me, ah well such is life. Anyway, I say bulk also, you seem pretty lean, maybe just store more fat on your lower abdomen than anywhere else (thats where I store it as well ). Good to see a fellow Glaswegian on here

Hi there, we're sidetracking somewhat, but both I and my mate and fellow member Convagen (doubt he'll mind me saying) have both taken Roaccutane and both found it excellent in terms of clearing acne up. From what I remember, neither Convagen or I suffered too badly. We both had some aching and dry lips, but I had dry eyes and still suffer from dry lips and have to use blistex at least twice a day (still think it was worth it though). There are a string of potential side effects of the drug, some very serious, but I'd imagine a lot are rare, but the manufacturers have to cover their arses.

If the acne bothers you a lot, mention the drug to your doc and see what he says in terms of the side effects and what it can do for you.
