    Hi,

As I've been browsing these forums for a week or two absorbing all the great advice, I felt it was about time I said hello and introduced myself.

I've been training from home (free weights & cardio) for about 3 month now, eating cleanly and supplementing with whey protein after workouts. Currently trying to lose the fat I accumulated over the past couple of years of shift work combined with eating & drinking too much!

My weight is hovering around 212lbs, height 6ft 2 (ish?) and bf @ 25% according to my scales. I will post details of my routine / diet later when I get time, but I basically try to keep it varied at the moment.

Here are a couple of before / after shots on imageshack (couldnt post links or pics here as this is my first post, so I had to remove the h t t p:// from the start of the links, hopefully you will be able to copy and paste them into your browser though)

I'd really appreciate any comments and advice any of you might have. Don't be too nasty as I need to keep my motivation levels up!

    Tom

Good effort mate!!! All my flat mates were in my room and were very impressed. You've got a pretty good structure too

That was a quicker reply than I was expecting!

Hopefully if i stick with things, in another few months I should be pretty close to my ideal weight, and can start trying to build some more lean muscle. Might need to upgrade my gym equipment as I only have a basic incline / decline bench with no barbell support and I'm on the limit of amout of weight I can squeeze on my dumbells for bench presses / one arm rows etc

Not yet, but I can try and knock something together. As I said before my routine has been quite varied (i get bored easily!) so it might take me a while..

Where's the best place to post it? Attached to this thread?
