    Hey guys.
I got told to come here by my mate EndlessTimes, and you guys seem to know your stuff. I've just started my new diet and will start training properly on Monday but I was wondering what you guys thought I should do, Cut/Bulk etc? I'm 5ft10 and weigh 67kg. Any idea of BF% aswell?
I'm pretty limited by the gym, and will be looking to join a proper gym after Christmas. I have dumbells at home, push up bars, and a rowing machine. The gym has a Pec Deck, Assisted Dips, Leg Curl/extension, Pull Down pulley, and all the Cardio machines you can think of...pretty girlie stuff really.

Feel free to rip the haircut and how skinny I am

(Add Http to the front of the links pls as I havn't made 15 posts yet)

    Yep.

Concentrate on big compounds. You'll do well on a full body routine or push/pull/legs to start with.

Or just have a look at the main page for some pointers
