    In the process of bulking up, been bulking about a month and a half so
    pleased so far..trying to put on lean muscle..
    Posing im crap at lol, but 16 so got plenty of time yet, looking at competing
    in juniors when im 19/20 so 3 or 4 years to get it right

    When u say competing I assume u mean powerlifting not bodybuilding . Looks like you have a solid base, whats ur bulking routine?

    No, bodybuilding lol..
    Why you ask that?
    I started in sept just 'building a base' til mid oct.
    Since then i have been trying to stay on the diet i made (i'll post up
    if you want to critique?) and i do a 4day split now,
    Mon = Chest + Tris
    Tues = Back and Bi's
    Wed = OFF
    Thurs = Delts + Traps
    Friday = Legs

    Good looking split, post up the diet yeah, although it does seem to be working whatever you are doing.

    And I ask because bodybuilding is the most homoerotic and homosexual sport known to mankind, u should see the pic of Tom's glutes he sent me . Powerlifting is way more cool, hardcore and fun. Plus you dont have to diet for 4months at a time, lose ur sex drive and feel like **** for weeks on end pre contest

    LMAO nice way of putting it!! Id like to do powerlifting on the side occasionally tbh but id rather build the perfect physique for girls to
    lust over Not looking forward to all the dieting and feeling weak though.

    Diet plan:
    6:45 – Meal 1
    • 80g Porridge Oats
    • 350ml Whole Milk
    • Yoghurt/Peanut Butter
    • 5ml Flaxseed Oil + 1Cod Liver Oil Tab
    8:30 – Meal 2
    • Whey Protein Shake W/water
    11:00 – Meal 3
    • Protein Flapjack Bar
    • Can of Tuna
    13:20 – Meal 4
    • 3X Corned Beef W/mustard Rolls
    • Pork Pie/Sausage Roll/Cornish Pasty
    • Apple Pie/Mince Pie (Something Sweet)
    15.00 – Meal 5
    • Chicken/Turkey Breast + Pasta or Potato or Rice
    • 30g Dextrose
    Post Work-Out
    • 60g Whey Protein + 5g L-Glutamine + 50g Dex
    • Either Porridge Oats or Scrambled/Boiled Egg
    18:30 – Meal 6
    • What Ever Step Mum Cooks!...Nearly always meat/veg etc..complex carbs
    • 5ml Flax
    21:30 – Meal 7
    • Whey Protein Shake W/milk
    • Natural Yoghurt
    • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter


    Someone is currently making me a bulking plan as i made that myself and its not 'tried and tested'

    No self-respecting bodybuilder should have pork pies, apple pies, and corned beef in their regular diet. These things are fine as occasional treats, but they are full of artificial ****e and nutritionally devoid.

    Overall development looks good, but you need more traps, lats, and back thickness.
