Very impressive mate. bet ur chuffed.
What's your routine like then. Looks to me like it must be quite copmpound driven, especially deadlifts and presses??

U ever thought bout having a blast on a sunbed and some of that moisteriser with tanning stuff in it..........makes u look much better?

    Thank you for your comments

SamD- Traps are good because of genes. Even though in the first pic they arent visible, had I flexed them there would be still a little development. The best exercise is deads imo.

CastWallon- You have it bang on with your thoughts on my training. Deadlift and all types of press are big parts and I don't do any isolation apart for calves. I actually want to do strongman eventually but I realised today I'm still a closet bodybuiler! so I wouldn't bother with the fake tan etc just yet though I did go to the extent of shaving myself for these pics and using a palm-full of olive oil!

Routines come and go and i've done all sorts of things. At the moment I do a couple of exercises per bodypart and 1-5 reps. Though sometimes I go higher 5-10 or 10-20(rarely/isolation). Also at the moment I train a muscle 2-3 times a week.

I've done the bog stardard spilt routine 8-12 reps 3 sets per exercise etc and to be honest splits don't matter, it's all about eating.

Nice improvement. It just shows what consistancy can achieve.

One thing though. You forgot the bag over your head in the first pic! So we all know what you look like no matter what you do with the second pic
