do you think i am going in the right direction etc?
when i started i was around 88-89Kg, i am now 80kg and 32.5" waist![]()

dunno really.. about 5'9 maybe more.. not measured myself since i left school
i want to bulk but i want to get a flat stomach for when i go away end of summer.. keep thinkin if i bulk i will add on lot of fat aswell so i think am gonna bulk in Winter period

I'd drop all of the supplements apart from the multi and have protein shakes 4 times per day:
on waking
11am
4pm
just before bed
and train 3/4 times per week
4 shakes a day?
think i would puke..
i have 1 shake on waking and one at 2pm
why would you drop the Omega3's?

At 18, you don't need those supplements, a good whey protein 4 times a day will help you grow, subject to your eating and training being good.
You'll read a load of guff and have people pushing various supplements, but you don't need them, but what you do need is protein as this builds muscle.

Fish oil is aweesome for general health aswell as bodybuilding. IMO everyone in the country should use it.
