Hi I started training 5 months ago and would like some advice on where I can improve. I am 20 years old, 6.3ft 13.5st. Before I started training I was 15 stone and had little or no muscle. I lost some weight and then started doing weights. I take Myprotein max whey, Myprotein CEE tablets and Myprotein L-Glutimaine. I train every other day for 1 hour at a time, please excuse the photos and poses as there not the best by any means. I started of with a goal of gaining lean muscle and to tone up, but I am not thinking of doing a bulking diet after the summer and want to get bigger. Any help would be great! Thanks Adam!
Just found out that I need 15 post to do the photos so will come back in sue course when i hit this mark with some photos!

Hi I train in Fitness First in Cardiff North (by morrisons, homebase etc) but I do go to David Lloyd sometimes with my twin brothers card when I feel like a change for a week.
My flatmate trains there when he's at his folks house![]()
