  1. Default slow bulk through summer

my orignal plan was when i first got to uni was to bulk up enough so i can start cutting for summer. as that never happened due to being distracted by many things i didnt get round to it atall and i havent properly trained! (at one point my weight got as low as 63kg because of this)

during last few weeks i have started getting back into it, my weight is already rapidly increasing, and so are the weights im lifting in gym. im going to bulk gradually as i dont want much fat on me in the summer! lol, plus i still have some badminton tournys left and dont want much excess fat when im playing them

basically every 4 -6 weeks i will put any progress shots up, it would be nice if some of u guys can tell me how im doing throughout this as its not always easy to notice stuff yourself!!!

first pic.. already progress after 3 weeks imo but got no other pic to back this up with. at 68-69 kg

You look pretty lean, that could be a lot to do with it, small waist also. Do u have any leg shots?

Progress shots are a good idea. If nothing else, they encourage you to keep going.

You look relatively muscular at the moment, considering how light you are. I'm curious, when you say slow bulk, are you attempting to avoid putting fat on?

And in terms of exercise, the label on your underpants tells you what you need to do.

Small structure in general. Great for the illusion of being big with your shirt off

cosmicfish- yeah i mean to try and limit the amount of fat i put on, to be honest im just gonna train and eat better and see how things go coz thats alot better than what has been going on!

meat- il get some leg pics up sometime

martin- yeah i always thought my structure seemed to be good for 'appearing' to be big, got small wrists etc so if i get muscle on me it just looks better. i would like to get to around 80 kg, would you think that would be a massively noticeable difference?

p.s il start lifting my elbows up haha, my posing has improved though form those first ones i did!
