    very good, low body fat. look like a pure ecto to me though. do with eating a whole lot and getting some meat on that back!

    seems to be an apparent imbalance in shoulders. you right handed yeh?
    seated db shoulder presses are a wonderful exercise

    some more pics would be useful i agree- front shot, leg shot, whole body.

    is the imbalance that noticable? And i was a bit of a chubster before at 16 stone and no real muscle so it was an achievment to shift that weight to 13stone with muscle, remember im 17 though and putting on a truckload of fat isnt a desired look especially with the ladies.

    i think the imbalance is quite prominent yes,but can be easily rectified.although it could be partly due to the posing and pic perhaps.

    bulking up doesnt mean you need to put on a truckload of fat at all btw. keep it clean and dont go OTT and you can fill out nice and slowly.

    do you deadlift? along with some heavy back work such as lat pulldowns, you could add some width to your back which looks to be a weak point.
