Hello everyone,
Ive come on here for some info as i dont know a right lot about diets and nutritional info.
I am 18, about 5ft7 and weight 9stone.. i am wanting to bulk up my muscles and gain a bit more weight but my body doesnt seem to like the idea, however much i seem to eat i never gain much weight and if i do i lose it straight away.

I'm quite proud of my chest for the size of me, but i would like to get it bigger and my arms mainly.
I was recommended to use "Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (EURO) - CFM" so iv bought myself some of that and been using it for about a week now with a little bit of arm training.
My main questions....
What would you recommend me to eat with this protein supplement or am i okay just eating anything good aslong as i eat plenty?
Am i okay to just do training every other day with this supplement?

Alright mate cheers, nope i dont do legs unless i go to the gym.. at the moment im not a member of a gym i just train at home with my bar.
I'm deffo gonna try stick to the routine i just need to go shopping for some things first haha
Definately join a gym, it will be the best investment you ever make. Gotta train legs too, most fun you'll ever have![]()

Yeah, i might be starting next week actually one of my mates asked me yesterday. I used to love going, i went every other day for about 6 months beginning of last year but then i stopped because i had no-one to train with coz all my mates stopped going and i like training with someone so they can push you to do them last 2 or 3 reps.
You've got a good lean base to build on there, has the advantage of you being able to see any gains you make in muscle mass easy to see
Listen to meathead and join a gym, training legs is a must if you want to grow!! I know it's a bit to get your head around at first but squatting and deadlifting with heavy weights will build you bigger muscles than any amounts of curls, etc![]()
