    Pretty hard to tell when I've seen myself daily during this And I'm sure some people on here have been in a similar situation at some point in their life, so honest oppinions ?

    Well, I've only just started taking progress shots, so not so much ... I've gone from 40" to 34" waist though, XL to M t-shirt, all in all 238 to 188lbs.

    Now
    Basically how big I look in that picture, is how big I was...

    Pretty frigginawesome for 4 months mate! 10lbs a month, over 2lbs a week. Thats seriously good going. Are you going to keep cutting or bulk back up?

    What do you suggest ? My plan was 12week bulk then a 8 week cut, but I really want to get rid of that leftover fat in the near future definately, hence the cut in 12 weeks.
    And thank's In a way it was sort of fun, not in the same way as Disneyland or anything of course

    seems to have paid off well mate, you must have been pretty strict with nutrition too eh. what's the plan now? cut up further for summer?

    sorry, just saw your other post (12w bulk, then cut)

    personally im starting my cut for summer now, just to be sure i get to where i wanna be.

    Nutrition, it was just common sense stuff, I wish I had looked into it a bit more but I only wanted to lose weight then quite desperately.

    So what would you reccomend for my state right now ? Bulk or cut ?

    Infact, I think I will just go with the Bulk, for 8 weeks if I feel the need to cut, I've sorted my diet and such out more or less already, I need to stop being so fickle.
