Looking good matey apart from you calves - do you train them????
Your legs are very similar to mine. Big quads in comparison to calves. Do you find your calves pretty stubborn and that it's very hard to make any progress with them?

20 seconds in between each negative rep or negative reps for 20 seconds?
Just got back from gym and I did:
3x12 reps on the sled press. I found them much more effective than seated or standing raises! Really felt it for the last few reps.
