Difficult to say, but at your age I was 12.5 stone. Then at 21 I was14.5 and at 25 is was 15.5 ripped to the bone from playing loads of sport.
This sort of shows that you do slow done, but what I've noticed in the past year since coming back to this from a 10 year break is that my muscle are much denser due to maturity. (Now 16.5 stone). So I think that you get to a point where perhaps growth is not so evident, although I now bigger than I've ever been, but the quality of muscle improves.
All I would ask, is that you don't get too impatient and go the roid route too young if at all.
Imagine how good it will feel to have done this all naturally.
Keep it up and post photos every few months
its about a month since i took some progress shots and i said i would so here goes maybe ill leave it afew months next time so i can see a better comparison.
i'm contemplating a cut but i dont know wether to carry on adding more size untill im happy and then cut. thoughts and opinion are welcome.
edit: btw im 6 weeks into a hst and wont even consider a calorie reduction until then, just to let you know.
Good photos, excellent shoulders and chest.
I'm not a fan of cutting when one is trying to grow, but you can get what is known as the rebound effect, so may be worth considering for that alone.
erm i think you should keep bulking, keep getting bigger.look at the improvement you have made when u bulked b4, and how much bigger and stronger you got...loads. So put on like 2 more stone, just think how much stronger and more developed your muscles, all over will be. Then have a lil cut.
Also, If you cut now u will become more ripped(which is cool), but then in the end your only gonna wanna bulk again to add more mass. Save urself the time of cutting and just bulk more now.
your a big guy for 18 mxd
what you weighing in at now?
i personally would cut for a couple weeks, but if your happy Bulking.. go for it
