btw, do you do any other sports?

You obviously have excellent genetic potential and have been putting in the hard work [you've certainly been doing something right!]. A very pleasing physique..keep up the good work!

Difficult to say, but at your age I was 12.5 stone. Then at 21 I was14.5 and at 25 is was 15.5 ripped to the bone from playing loads of sport.

This sort of shows that you do slow done, but what I've noticed in the past year since coming back to this from a 10 year break is that my muscle are much denser due to maturity. (Now 16.5 stone). So I think that you get to a point where perhaps growth is not so evident, although I now bigger than I've ever been, but the quality of muscle improves.

All I would ask, is that you don't get too impatient and go the roid route too young if at all.

Imagine how good it will feel to have done this all naturally.

Keep it up and post photos every few months

Good photos, excellent shoulders and chest.

I'm not a fan of cutting when one is trying to grow, but you can get what is known as the rebound effect, so may be worth considering for that alone.

erm i think you should keep bulking, keep getting bigger.look at the improvement you have made when u bulked b4, and how much bigger and stronger you got...loads. So put on like 2 more stone, just think how much stronger and more developed your muscles, all over will be. Then have a lil cut.

Also, If you cut now u will become more ripped(which is cool ), but then in the end your only gonna wanna bulk again to add more mass. Save urself the time of cutting and just bulk more now.

thanks for all your comments. kind words!
i currently weigh 13 stone i did attempt a cut but i felt like i lost to much size and had no energy. i lost 8-10 pounds in 2 weeks taking me from 13,4 to 12, 8-10. i did go pritty drastic and didnt eat over 40g carbs a day, but i did keep fats high aswell as protein.

do you guys think its best to cut cals incramentally or just go strait into a calorie deficit?
