Bit of a mash up really mate I rarely train shoulders alone anymore. Training a ppl now 2on one off so I just do;
close high incline bb
cloose grip low incline smyth
close grip front press
rear raises (pinkys high)
skulls
cable pd's
But the delts are allways hit really hard on chest exercises so you don't needto hit them that hard.
The reason why they are nicely rounded and developed is partly to do with high adrogen receptors in shoulders and mostly from heavy correct pressing x
