    Thought I would show you some pictures of my progress.... The first, somewhat AWFUL picture of me was taken last October in Greece;
    http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x...oshapemofo.jpg

    I had no real shape, drinkers belly, the lot. Hated it so much I had to do something about it. Wasnt until I done some research that I decided to start working out PROPERLY in January.

    I like to keep my routines under my hat, but basically, high intensity weights, hard gruelling C.V work, kettlebells, a martial arts background and a nutrition plan followed by MP (under the bulking section) teamed with other MP supplements and some very understanding friends! Im still about another year away from my goal (realistically)

    CURRENTY: 32" waist, 40" chest, 15.5" Arm, 16" neck. Currently wieghing in at 12st 7lbs

    NOW PICS (New as of 25.6.07)

    UPPER BODY

    WAS (October 2006): A very TIGHT 34" Waist 36" Chest 14.5" Arm 15.5" Neck wieghed about 13stone (mostly FAT and BEER)

    Last year my hobbies included playing snooker and eating 2 saveloys on the way home (ontop of the 1-2pints of beer I had whilst playing snooker) this was a continuous thing that went on 2-4 nights a week for nearly 5 months, whilst smoking between 5-10 cigarettes a day (depending on wether or not that was a Saturday night)
    A saturday night for me last year meant 4-8 pints of cider + whatever else came my way, 20 cigarettes (ontop of however many I had smoked during the day) and a chicken burger or kebab burger on the way home. Needless to say, I was dammning myself to an early grave at the tender age of 19. Sometimes I would go out 2-4 times a week, not getting in until 2/3/4am on occasions. I also dabbled with other substances I shouldnt have, but wont go into that as I work in a school (which also led to me being lazy - sat around at a desk all day)

    But now all of that has changed, apart from the smoking which is still a vice of mine.. but I dont smoke during the day and currently have 1-2 cigarettes a week. I do not drink currently (will do when I go to Egypt in July mind!) As a hobbie I try to run around my block before the third loop of Arctic Monkeys - Do Me A Favour and have took up martial arts again.

    There are many more ins and outs to my story.. but I;

    1. Hope people are proud to see someone who is REALLY committed to changing their lives.

    2. Hope my gains are respectable considering...

    3. Wish to be a role model for those on the forum that think they are going nowhere quick, I am POSITIVE that people on this forum can sympathize (or still do for that matter) in my old pasttimes...

    With hard work, drive and focus this is what " I " acheived. I am POSITIVE that even more can be achieved though. This is a massive step for me as far as I am concerned...

    Best of luck to you all.. no matter how big or small you may be.. just push yourselves and dont give up... Feedback appreciated

    Overall not a bad effort tbh. The more important thing is your diet and lifestyle change...that is a BIG difference and Im sure thats benefited you in more ways then one!

    What are your goals \ aims overall? short term long term?

    Ive only set myself some long term goals currently...
    I suppose my short term goals are to stay ontop of it all.. and continue to further my research and develop my training, take it to the next level. Id like to get up to about 13.5-14st LEAN muscle.. 16" arm, 44" chest. to compare.. Gerard Butler/ Daniel Craig Size.. (more so gerard butler) I like to definition. (BTW, anyone that says Gerard Butler was airbrushed can save it.. I have a very rare on-set shot proving he wasnt n.b. im not disputing that others may have been in the film though...)

    I Want a powerful, toned, lean build.. aiming at the 14st mark... With the right diet and drive to want to look good, im sure I will achieve!
