I'm a month and 1 week into training, eating a strict diet. Why am I taking pictures so soon, you ask? I'm going away for 3 weeks soon and thought it would be nice to see if I've made any progress and hopefully get some feedback. If you search the forums you can find the routine I'm using. All the exercises have been progressing well with the exception of chins, but I'm not posting the weights etc yet until I think they're respectable by my standards. Anyway, onto the pics (sorry about the difference in lighting!) :

    Crap photography here I'm afraid:

It's a shame I'm going away for 3 weeks really, I'm just starting to enjoy the lifting.

I'm not too sure. Due to genetics I'm never going to get -huge-, but that's not what I want anyway. I don't have a weight target as such, I'd just like to be able to bench my own bodyweight. As far as physique goes, I'd like to be something around the MartinM mark but not quite as lean as he is now! I'm not interested in competing or anything.
