Body Composition- 14.8.2010

92.6 kg's
10.1% Body Fat

This shows that in around 4 weeks I have put on around 1kg of muscle and kept my body fat at the same level.

WEEK 4 to 8.

MONDAY AM- Full body strength and Rugby
PM- Rugby
TUESDAY AM- Rugby
PM- Rugby and conditioning

10.1% Body Fat

This shows that in around 3 weeks I have put on around 1kg of muscle and dropped body fat by 1%.

WEEK 3 and 4.




STRENGTH

- Warm up with a moderate load of 6 reps and then a heavier load for 2 reps.

After an extremely tough but successful season we’re given the luxury of four weeks off to enjoy some sunshine and let our body and mind recuperate. It’s great to have a break from rugby but after four weeks away I’m itching to get back, especially as my body fat has crept over 10%.
