Went out to play footy tonight, and before we even started i went to gently kick the ball and tore something, one of my quads i think
cant bend the leg properly without it hurting like hell, have to keep a straight leg to "walk"
stairs are currently a joke
so thats it for training for a while..im dying to get back to the gym as well ! arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Training has gone okay so far, and ive made progress from where i last was..but
Im not at the size I want to be, so Im going to bulk up again.however, i have a shoulder injury and physio appointment in a months time, so i dont want to do anything like squatting ( the injury was aggrevated by tight shoulders when gripping the bar ), or bench etc
As such i have been doing some calisthenic type stuff...lots and lots of chins/pulls, one arm
