Been training for about 3 months now and managed to put on about 4 pounds which is reasonably good for me as im an ectomorph. I have changed my diet slightly as well and was wondering if im still eating as much as i need to or whether i should eat more so as to gain more mass.
Breakfast:
Bagel with cream cheese
2 whole eggs plus 2 egg whites of scrambled egg
Lunch no.1:
100g of chicken/tuna
100g of brown rice/pasta
Lunch no.2
