So, my (1st?) cycle of RFL is over, and i'm onto maintenance (which is basically my normal non-training diet).

Had two glasses of wine to celebrate last night, and went on the work gym's electronic scales/bf machine today, and my stats are:
weight - 69.8kg
bf 12.4%

So it's weird. I've lost 2% bf, but only .2kg in weight? i know it's not an accurate bf measurement, but it's the delta from my baseline. So no idea what to make of it, but it's a result in

sleep deprivation and falling off the wagon

Urgh, day 7 today, all ok.
Day 6 was a tricky one, started ok, 2xscoops of total protein for brekkie, however took the family out today, and when we stopped for lunch, nothing remotely rfl friendly on the menu, so had a lovely ham omelette.
Still, 2xscoops of total protein for dinner saw me vaguely back on track.

Sleep - we take it so much for granted, so when we don't get all we need, it takes such a toll. Not sure if it's rfl related, but my sleep this week hasn't

Starting The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook

Am on holiday for 14 days, so decided to use the time to do the RFL. Into Day 3, and started at 71kg at 5'11, bf of c.14%. As a cat 1, i need 165g protein, which is mostly split over 3x55g 'meals':
protein shake in the morning;
tuna + salad (lettuce+peppers+cucumber);
turkey and broccolli - i coat the turkey in some baharat spices, which helps remove the blandness / lean mince + spices + broccolli/a.n other green veg.
