Ive been training for a few years now and have taken Mp Whey Protein and recently Mp Glutamine and creatine and everything has been fine. However yesterday I started using Mp Beta Alanine as it is said to help with endurance during training. So I took my first 2 grams in the morning and another 2 grams an hour before my workout. About 15 minutes later I started breaking out into a sweat and feeling nautious. It was a strange feeling as though my head was feeling foggy. Didnt really feel myself.
