to reach my goals

to start up i know my goals are vague but i am working out some more specific ones but so you can get the jist of it. But i wanted to get blogging straight away as i have fallen off the horse abit and i thought this would help me stay on it this time
Any advice will be welcomed with open arms

long term goal 1= increase overall fitness aimed towards rugby
long term goal 2= tone up
