You could sell the clumpy product with a disclaimer? That way the people who complain don't have to buy it.

I agree with Weaves. If clumping is the only reason it failed QC & you make people aware that the product has a tendency to clump then people know what to expect. Just make it obviously on the product page.

Personally I haven't tried this but I am intrigued.

To be fair to MP, the last batch of Perform XS i got clumped so bad it basically turned into one giant block of 'tar'. I literally had to hack bits off of the block that had formed with a serrated knife. It was a pretty bad clumping issue. Lol.

I did not get this problem with the competitor version of the formula, so there must be something they are using in it that MP didnt.

I seemed to get the problem halfway through the pack. Perhaps halve the size and purchase two?

    Hi MP,

It seems that all the ingredients that were in Perform XS are available within Exceed and Creastorm, e.g. beta alanine + cit malate in Exceed and
    d-ribose and creapure in creastorm.

So if the problem of caking was caused by sticking all of these ingredients into one bag, how about splitting the product into two bags and sell it as one
product to avoid these things reacting?

I'm hypothesizing here, since MP never revealed the actual reason for the caking, but given MP sell most of the ingredients in other products, but not all combined in the same product, I thought it might have been a problem with a specific combination in the same bag.
