    Heard great things about it!

I wanted to get the book / DVD's package, but the package is not available on the site at the mo. I emailed Sommer about this, and he said the DVD's are being re-done at the mo, and the package will be available around October i think. I will then get it. Are you using the Killroy plan for this kind of stuff?

In the meantime, i've just been reading Convict Conditioning, which despite causing alot of controvery isnt a bad book. I wanted to have a look purely because Jim Bathurst was involved . Its just written in stupid DragonDoor sensationalist style, but when you cut through the BS there are some good progressions. Apparently there is a 2nd one comign out, with Al Kalvado as the model this time (Al's site is really good as well for tutorials).

I also hear very good things about Ross Enamit's books.

T-Nation just released a pretty good article on combining bodyweight stuff with lifting.

Beastskills is great and helped me nail bar muscle ups with a few small tips...Ross's books rock and would recommend them to anyone, regardless of goals, plus they're great value too...
