    Continued:

    Enjoy =)

    **Note
    These came out high calorie due to the peanut butter and chocolate coated raisins and nuts. Can be adjusted accordingly for those on a cut. Or just throw more stuff in if you are looking to bulk up.

    I have been using these to break my fast and as pre-gym meals.

    Looking good keep them coming! - remember, you can continue to make amends to your recipe if you get any good tips from anyone else which you want to use, its good to see how you can adapt a recipe for different tastes/ requirements - remember, part of the prize is the MP products you use in your recipe, so could be good to replace the peanut butter and oats with ours

    You can keep them for up to 3 or 4 days in the fridge, or you could freeze them.
