Change the font to Ariel Narrow, point size 6.

    I'm kidding

Probably your best bet is to download a copy of WinRAR from download.com and zip it up using that.

    you can zip it

    Split it into 2 files

    convert it to pdf

reduce file content, ie, optimise image size, you probably have some BIG ASS pictures in there to make it 15mg.

    Send it ftp

15 mg is probably on the verge of the e-mail systems limits so your not far off.

ask and you shall seek the information!

    http://www.dekabyte.com/filesplitter/

use this, it will break the file down into chunks per the Tutorial and the size you want them to be http://www.dekabyte.com/filesplitter/tutorial.html

so if its 15mb file, do 5mb pieces and so thats 3 files

NB : Depending on which Hotmail you use (New LIVE etc) Hotmail will block these files as the pieces will be EXE....what you do is rename the peices to a .DOC extension and get the person to rename to EXE and double click the first one.
