    I go 3 times a day at the mo, regular as clockwork, before training eating well id go once maybe twice a day.

    4 Eggs a day dont half make it honk tho

    I think whats hes reffering to is mild incontinence. When I started the protein made me want to go to the toilet every 30 minutes. I'm ok now. Also, i kept dribbling. It was frustrating. I'd go to the toilet and give it a shake, put it back in but there would still be half a lengths worth to dribble in my pants.

    For your interest, I live in a hard water area and these dribbles cause calcite? deposits on my pants. I have had my pants for about 10 years now and they are getting very stiff. I need new once. Maybe Calvin Klien pants.

    I used to find that. I don't think this is good as it could be a sign you aren't digesting the protein properly?

    I started taking pre/pro biotics aswell as loads of bio live yoghurt, no such problems anymore

    If you take your protein with high gi foods of grains/starches you will have bad wind.

    It's never a good idea combining carbs with anything other than carbs in my opinion.
