I think whats hes reffering to is mild incontinence. When I started the protein made me want to go to the toilet every 30 minutes. I'm ok now. Also, i kept dribbling. It was frustrating. I'd go to the toilet and give it a shake, put it back in but there would still be half a lengths worth to dribble in my pants.
For your interest, I live in a hard water area and these dribbles cause calcite? deposits on my pants. I have had my pants for about 10 years now and they are getting very stiff. I need new once. Maybe Calvin Klien pants.

If you take your protein with high gi foods of grains/starches you will have bad wind.
It's never a good idea combining carbs with anything other than carbs in my opinion.
