A "traditional" curry is always good - not the bland creamy kind and aren't particually bad for you.

Pizza binge out is another fav with stuffed crust.

Generally I make sure I have one bad day in the week in terms of additions but my base consumption will always remain.
So when you eat say 500cals from a cheat meal, you will still eat what you normally eat aswell? do you think thats a good idea? i mean your hardly going to go catabolic after a cheat meal and the extra cals will only mean fat gain.

It'll replace the usual meal so yeah. I won'r purposely starve myself or go inti calorie deficit for the sake of a cheat meal. The same if I add desserts of choccy binges. Not such a biggie over the weekends as I lose calories from no pre or post workout shakes. Doesn't really effect me one way or the other to be honest.
